THE LUBINSKY TEAM - OUR UNIQUE APPROACH

The benefits of a Team may be obvious - there is always someone available to help you, to answer questions or to show homes and make offers. A Realtor working alone (which is over 90% of the Realtors) cannot help more than 1 person or focus on more than 1 task at a time. Realtors form teams to provide better service to clients like yourself. However, most teams are organized around the Leader and each member has his/her own specialties. There are listing agents, buyer's agents, a listing admin specialist, a closing coordinator, a marketing person, etc. Each time you call you talk to someone different and have to explain your situation again.

The Lubinsky Team is unique. We are organized like a law firm. Each Realtor on our team has his or her clients for whom they are totally responsible. When you call us with a question or need something addressed or are negotiating an offer, you work directly with your Realtor. However, we share resources and talent in a way that benefits you directly. For example, if a prospective buyer wants to view your home and your Realtor is not available due to a schedule conflict, another team member will show your home so we don't risk loosing that buyer. If you are a buyer client and need to make an offer and your Realtor is not available, another Realtor team member can help and we all use the same contract and share our library of paragraphs to build the appropriate contract for you.

When one of our team Realtors has a challenge with your situation, we consult with the other team Realtors to share ideas and information necessary to help address your issue. For example, when a team Realtor needs to make an offer on a HUD owned home he/she will consult with the other team Realtors who have recently offered on HUD owned homes to determine the best approach to get you the result you need.

Our approach to the team is different from every other team approach in our market. We believe you deserve professional representation in the very best way possible and we share all our resources to provide a high level of professionalism and knowledge to you while providing you with personalized attention from your assigned Realtor.
