Lewis Center / Polaris area: One of Central Ohio's fastest growing areas on the north side of the northern outbelt of I-270. The crown jewel is "Polaris Fashion Place" an indoor shopping/restaurant mall area of approximately 1 million square feet. Flanked all around are smaller stip centers and eateries. Largest employer is JP Morgan Chase Bank, employing approximately 9,000 people in a single facility. Homes in the area range from $150,000 to over $1 million with most falling between $200,000 and $500,000.
Westerville: a northeast suburb of Columbus which includes and Hoover Reservoir recreational lake with limited horsepower of 9.9HP motors featuring sailing, pontoon boating, fishing and sail boarding. The community has 3 high schools as much growth occured during the past decade on the north side of Westerville. Homes range $200,000 to over $1 million.
Worthington: located on the north side of Columbus Worthington is no longer growing as it has become surrounded by other incorporated cities with no further land to expand. A well established community with a wonderful history and reputation as a "good place to live". Worthington has it's "Old Downtown" area of shops and eateries were residents walk around on evenings and weekends. Worthington has a town square where several shows and programs take place each summer. Homes range $250,000 to $1 million.
Bexley: Located on the near east side of Columbus, Bexley has long been the location of community known for wealth and great schools. Homes are mostly pre 1950's with tree lined streets and many pedestrians making their way to local shops and eateries. A short 10 minute drive from the downtown Columbus area makes this a great location for those who work or play in downtown Columbus. Homes range $200,000 to $2+ million.
New Albany: One of Central Ohio's newest communities featuring homes that appear to be 100+ years old. Strict architectural standards and tree lined streets give this community its unique aged appearance. Most homes are less than 25 years old. Homes range $250,000 to $5 million.
Dublin: Located at the NW corner of Columbus and I-270 outerbelt, Dublin hosts the premier community of Muirfield Village, home to the annual PGA "Memorial Open" tournament. Dublin is the most aggressive enforcer of planned development, resulting in over 25 miles of walking/biking trails lined with park areas along the routes. Homes range $250,000 to $2+ million on the golf course.
